The Second is just that... the second step to cleansing. Gentle lactic acid exfoliates and helps draw moisture to the skin. Promised to never make your skin feel dry and tight, unlike other abrasive toners.

KEY INGRIEDENTS:
Hyaluronic acid: Has a plumping effect on the skin, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps with product penetration.
Lactic Acid: It attracts moisture, provides gentle exfoliation, and helps to reduce hyperpigmentation.
Cucumber fruit extract: Reduces puffiness and is a wonderful hydrator for the skin.
Directions: After cleansing, spray a few pumps onto a cotton pad and wipe all over the face and neck. Use morning and evening.
